Experience Everything From a Young Robert Allen Zimmerman to wild Bob Dylan
Question I was watching PBS some time back and saw a concert devoted to Bob Dylan's music. Something on the order of a 30 year tribute but not real sure of title. Booker T and MGs band was the cover band. The blond headed guitar player from SNL was the host. I am trying to find a tape or cd of the show. Any ideas. Thanks a million for any help you can provide.
Answer Well the concert is available on CD, and available on VHS only, it's called Bob Dylan: 30th Anniversary Concert Celebration, Booker T was not the only one there pretty much every artist signed to Columbia at the time was there, Johnny Cash, Tom Petty, Neil YOung, Roger McGuinn, gEORGE hARRISON, eRIC cLAPTON, and the man of the hours Bob Dylan, EVEN AT THE END of the show ALL THEM GET ON STAGE and sing "My Back Pages" it's really great they really do a excellent job of respecting his music.
