If you are concerned either as a provider/seller or a consumer about this then it has to be answered by a lawyer, not by me.
I think it is morally wrong to have an answer to a FAQ that is misleading, exaggerated or creates an inflated expectation beyond what a service or product can actually do.
My sense is that there is a "situation" behind your question...and still, a lawyer needs to answer this and would probably at the least be curious, if not need to know the context for the question in order to give a good answer.
