Mostly such websites are scams but I am not saying the one u referred is the same. Do search for the reviews for every such website and those reviews tell you of some feedback.
However, never pay money if they ask for it and don't share financial information in any case.
However, I would refer Google ad sense is a good way to make money. But that requires efforts and time.
