Question Is there any recipe to follow so that a website is listed
when somebody starts searching something. I am a HR
consultant and I am going to create a website but I would
like to be listed, preferably on the first page.

Answer what you are asking about is SEO (search engine optimization) - which is becoming an industry and specialty of itself.
I would start by making a list of keywords you want to get on the top of search engines. Some good websites to read are seobook.com , searchengineland.com and just looking online for SEO websites with reference guides.
Getting to the top of search engines is not going to happen quickly and easily, it takes regular work, consistent "plugging" and persistence. But if you are passionate about the topic you are writing, it will come over time
