I was just educated on the importance of meta tags when all of a sudden everywhere around me I am reading that they don't mean anything anymore. i ma trying to get a website going so I don't know what to do now.
Hi Diana,
Most search engines have ignored meta tags since the late 90's. Your most important tag is <title>. <description> can be used by the search engines for the text used under your title for a search result listing. <keywords> you can really ignore.
