Question QUESTION: I currently have a web based business/shopping page where I sell comprehensive electronic CAD tutorials (I do offer a CD option, but most prefer downloads). I have been running this successfully for five years. I use PayPal shopping cart buttons. When someone orders a tutorial(s) I get an email notification from PayPal regarding the purchase. I then email the download instructions to the customer or mail the CD. This has worked very well so far.
However, I want to expand my business and offer an additional product that must be available to the customer upon purchase. As such, I want to automate this process and I don't have a clue how to go about it - where to look or what product to use to do this. Can you give me some pointers?
What I want to happen is this:
1) Customer selects shopping cart button for the tutorial(s) they desire.
2) Customer pays via PayPal as has been the case all along.
3) After payment is made the customer automatically receives and email with the download instructions for the tutorial or tutorials they have purchased. If a CD version is ordered they get an email stating that the order has been received and will be processed asap.
I do have a web site and I am the administrator.
I do have a PayPal account for which I am the administrator.

ANSWER: Hi you need a download script so after payment the email arrives for the download link. There are many scripts out there that can do this.
