Question
Hi. I am considering taking advantage of a home based business opportunity I saw advertised on the internet. I was wondering what is the future of E-commerce businesses? What advice can you give me?

Answer
I can't really give you much advice without knowimg more about the opportunity, the up front costs, the promises of income compared to what people are really making and that they'll prove to you; etc.  In general the e-commerce is alive and well but so are the scam artists out there.  A properly supported website with product carrying a money back guarantee from the mfgr and a decent compensation plan for you would be starting points.  Having to load up on product that you might be able to sell yourself someday would be a definite minus.  Hope that helps!   Lee
PS:  See if the company is a member of the Direct Selling Association;  they have a great set of rules they require their member companies to live by and they screen companies before letting them join up.  The majors are members.
