I want to know is there a standard type of a RFP (Request for Proposal), or i should build it myself.
Our company presents the services below:
Web Design & Development
Design and Implementing E-marketing tools
Web hosting & Domain Registration
Design Digital Graphics
Content Management
Interactivity tools
Design and Produce PC Advertising Games Maintenance & updating
Although I know that a RFP which every customer should provide for us, in order to do their e-business projects, should contain the following items, I do not know the details of each of them:
-Financial data
-Purposes of e-business projects
-Advertising plans and Graphics jobs
-Budget
-Technical Details
-Project Management
-maybe more
If please let me know the details of the customer data which help me to analyze the information and offer a suitable and strong proposal for our customers.
If there are any websites or FREE software or points helping me, please inform me...
Thanks a Million...
Warm Regards
Answer Hi Navid,
No one RFP is the same. Depending on the goods and services you provide a RFP will have different parts and require information that may not apply to other services. The majority of the time a client will send you an RFP with the information they feel is relevant. As long as you can understand the needs of the client and provide them with a quote, your on the right track.
Best of luck,
Ezra Silverton
