E-Commerce, Web Businesses - Search Engine Submission

Question
Hi, I have just launched my online guitar lessons site and my question is...

Are the Search Engine Consultant companies like registereverywhere.com and others actually good to work with, or is it a waste of time and money?

Also, if I were to use a company to submit my site to search engines, but maybe they did a bad job, can I go to someone else and get my submission corrected?  Or is it stuck that way forever?

Thanks.

Answer
Hi Cory,

This really depends on your budget and schedule.  If you have the time to learn SEO on your own, you will save the cost.  However, professionals will ensure your project is done properly and in a reasonable time frame.

Regarding submitting your site to the search engines, you don't need to do this. They will find your website on their own.  Now if you want to submit your site to online directories - that would be a big help to your website.  I would suggest either you or your SEO company do this manually to ensure relevancy and quality site are chosen.

Best of luck,

Ezra Silverton
