Question Dear Sir or Madam,
I am on the process of starting an online company. I was wondering if you could tell me how to legally establish it.
In other words, what are the legal processes that I need to follow.
Furthermore, can you also recommend me websites (or if you can just tell me through an email), how I should write contracts when I begin hiring -
both in the US and overseas?
In sum, I need help with legally establishing my online company.

Sorry for this late reply as my PC went on the blink for some time.
You will have to check with the laws of your locality as legalities vary with countries and cities. What you'll have to watch out for are copyright laws if you're selling products that are of intellectual property.
