Question i live in thailand and dont know if i can use this pay pal. i dont exactly understand the basics of how it works. please explain escpecially about how i get my funds here in thailand into a pay pal account that i could use to purchase things from others? also can i use this system living in thaiand? and what is the service charges? thanking you in advance.

PayPal is available in Thailand. Go to http://www.paypal.com and sign up. I believe you'll need a personal credit card to sign up with so you can make online purchases.
I believe there are no service charges to make a purchase. If, however, you sell items on a website and you use PayPal, PayPal will charge a small percentage out of every item you sell.
