The episode that you're talking about is "on the beach" which is the second to last episode of season 8.
The some is called Somewhere Over the Rainbow/What a Wonderful World. The artist is Israel Kamakawiwo'ole from the album Facing Future. It is available on the Apple iTunes Music Store.
