Question
Can you change the A/C blend door acuator arm by just removing the glove box or do you have to disassemble the dash to get to it? If you can, what do I need to know in particular?

Thanks,

George

Answer
WHY do you think that the actuator ARM is at fault ?.

Most cases is that the small electric motor inside of the controller that moves the ARM back and forth has failed.

ADJUSTING this ARM must be done EXACTLY CORRECT or you will strip the plastic teeth off of the electric motor inside the controller.
