Question
I am thinking about getting piercings on the front part of my sides by my hips. Do you know what that would cost as well as the name of it? Also, I want the top and bottom of my belly button. Do you know how much that would cost?

One more. I've had my nose ring for like 10 and a half months. I have 17 piercings and I clean them regularly. I have a this soap that the guy who did my tragus's recommended and for about the last month and a half when I used it on my nose it kinda burns. It just randomly started doing it and it doesn't do it with any of the other ones and it never has. Should I stop using it?

Answer
The piercings that you are interested in are called surface piercings, and the placement does not really have a nickname. http://piercing.org/faq/surface.html describes what to expect. The cost is usually a bit higher than your average piercing.

The navel piercings should cost about the same as your other piercings, and we for example offer a discount on multiple piercings in one sitting.

The soap may be irritating if there is any residue left, as any soap could be. Rinse well and also check your nose jewelry for scratches and uneven surface finish. The material may be irritating, especially with other piercings you can develop sensitivity and http://piercing.org/faq/jewelry.html describes this in detail.
