Question hi, I'm 19 years old and looking to get both my nipples pierced sometime in the near future.
i would like a horizontal barbell at a 14 gauge size
i do however have large breasts (E cup)
will this cause complications such as migration of the piercing?
thank you
Answer What I've found most functional to prevent rejection is to make sure that the piercings are proportionate to the size of the nipple, in both length and thickness. Thicker tends to be better, and light weight titanium barbells will work best for healing.
