Question i've been thinking about getting my conch pierced (inner ear) and i was woundering wa is the pain compaired to the tragus piercing? and which one is worse? If a lump forms at the back of my conch what is advised?

Answer Any ear cartilage piercing done well should feel about the same. None are better or worse, it really depends on technique and placement.
