Question
5 WEEKS AGO, I HAD A MONROE PIERCING DONE.THE PIERCER INFORNED ME THAT I WILL BE SWOLLEN AND OR PUSS FOR ABOUT 2 WEEKS.HOWEVER IT IS STILL PUSSING,AND I TRIED CHANGING MY RING AND IT STARTED TO BLEED.CAN YOU PLEASE TELL NE WHY, AND WHAT SHOULD I DO TO SPEED UP THE HEALING PROCESS?

Answer
The piercing is not healed enough for you to change the jewelry on your own yet. The healing process and things you can do to get more healthy and faster recovery is described in detail at http://piercing.org/pexy/recovery/recovery.html

When you have completely reduced the swelling back to normal after the first two to four weeks, you should have your piercer downsize the jewelry for you using sterile technique and appropriate autoclave sterilized titanium jewelry. http://piercing.org/shop has excellent examples of the pieces that I've had the best success with.
