Question
my daith piercing
my daith piercing
I got my daith pierced Saturday & now its real red & has crusty looking stuff on the holes I kinda squeezed it a lil to see if anything would come out & nothing did . but I'm still worried that its trying to get infected or could it just be healing ? I've been cleaning it at least four to five times a day with bactin & when I get a shower I clean it with antibacterial soap .. I really don't wanna have to take it out can someone help me ? Plz

Answer
Hi Carissa,
First, try gentler aftercare http://care.safepiercing.org/

It is likely that if you allow the piercing to form a scab and leave it alone otherwise, that the irritation will subside.

http//:find.safepiercing.org/ has a list.of my colleagues in your area for a free checkup. My studio is in Atlanta, www.piercingexp.com if you can make it.
