Question
Hi Tonya,
As a career giver , I have to share information about the child
( Erin 5 year old) with his parents,  how he done well his school activities. How should I done it in a professional manner, both in terms of presentation and language?

Thank you for your help Tonya

Regard Emma

Answer
1. Use a form that is approved by your school/center for sharing information - most places have an observation form, checklist, or something similar to share written information with parents.
2. Start off with something positive and end with something positive.
3. Share work samples or photographs with the parents to demonstrate learning.

These are just a few ideas to get you started. Good luck.
