Question hi i need some help on my science homework
the question is: How could you use a graduated cylinder, a stopper, water and sunlight to show the fundamentals of the water cycle.
Answer That's an interesting question, Katie. I guess one way to do it would be to fill the cylinder about halfway, put the stopper in, and set the cylinder in the sun.
What would happen is that water would evaporate, condense on the stopper and sides of the cylinder, then drip back into the water in the cylinder. That would demonstrate evaporation, condensation, and precipitation right there.
