Question How is a niche related to abiotic and biotic factors?
Answer Well, a niche is like an organism's "job" in an ecosystem or where it fits in. Like the niche of ravens would be as scavengers feeding on roadkill or other dead animals.
Biotic factors are living factors in an ecosystem, and abiotic factors are nonliving factors in an ecosystem (like rocks, soil, weather).
Now, how they are related, that's a good question. It seems like this question is a little out of context, so I don't know exactly what you need. Everything in the world is related to biotic and abiotic factors, since they consist of everything.
I suppose if we took our ravens as an example, their ability to use their niche (scavenging) would be dependent on abiotic factors like weather (if it is very cold, animals will die of starvation/exposure), then biotic factors (such as a deer) dying of exposure would then give the raven the ability to scavenge and use its niche.
