This sounds an awful lot like a homework assignment, so I am not going to give you the answer to each one. Biotic means living, and Abiotic means non-living. I think that you've probably figured out that an organism (plant, animal, etc.) is Biotic. And that an Atomic Portion (such as an electron or proton) is Abiotic. I think that you can figure the rest out on your own.
