Question
I am not certain why my good questions are not being answered - they specifically relate to deep and important economic issues.  Why are they being labeled as "homework" questions?  What does that mean?

Thank so much.

Answer
Thank you for your query.  Many volunteers, including myself, will not answer homework questions.  The reason being, homework is part of the learning process.  If someone answers the question, then where is the learning process? The reasoning and research that lead to the solution of a problem or to answer a question are not there, thus, defeating the whole purpose of homework.  I noticed that many questions are just a cut and paste from a teacher's questionaire or homework sheet. Not saying that was your case, but this is something I do encounter a lot.  Also, some questions are posted incomplete.  That is, it is impossible to tell what country or time period the question refers to.  Others are too specific and read like a research question a teacher or professor would give.
Hope this helps.  Learning is a journey and it is a lot of fun.
Good luck.
