Question
Doc.

I am looking for the best books available about Speculation.

I would like to understand the fundamentals, the caracteristics of speculation.
The dynamic, the nature of its markets, the consequences of speculation on markets, etc...

I am NOT interested in the stock market.
I am looking for formative books that could help me have a deep understanding of Speculation as an economic activity.

Is it posible for you to give me some books as references about Speculation. The best books that you know (classics)

thank you very much

Answer
Thank you for your query.  Speculation is a very broad topic.  There is speculation on oil prices, commodities, vintage cars, etc.  All outside the stock market.  You may want to check out the local library and ask the reference librarian about the topic, would be more helpful if you could narrow down a bit. Also, you may want to check the search engines with keywords that would help narrow the topic.  Good luck.
