Question
Dear expert

Should there be any legal limits on the size of business or organizations in the U.S.?

Thanks

Answer
Thank you for your query. No, In my opinion, there should not be any legal limits to the size of businesses.  The engine of our economy is made of sole proprietors and small businesses. Small and medium sized businesses should be encouraged. As for big business, no  matter the cap, their legal department will find a way to go around it. So, it is best not to cap them and allow free market to clear.  Hope this was of assistance. Good luck.
