My dad is a US citizen and has a family emergency in another country(El Salvador)but unfortunately he doesn't have a passport what is he able to do inorder to travel?

Hi Tania

sorry to answer so late but I was on vacation. I´m afraid there is no way he could travel with out the passport. Doing it in any other way would be illegal.

the nearest embassy your city would be the best place to make your inquiry.
