Electric Guitars/Vantage guitar ID

Vantage guitars were made by the Matsumoku company (Japan) between 1978/79 and Feb.1987 for a Canadian distributor. Due to increased prices the production moved to Korea where the Samick company produced guitars and basses under the Vantage label from 1990 to 1998.

Your guitar is either a late (1986/87) japanese model or an early korean model. More info you can get at matsumoku org.

Actually, this is one of the first Korean models by Samick in 1987.
