Electric Guitars/Gibson GGC-700

I have a solid body, black, electric Gibson model # GGC-700 with a serial # of 80822730. Can you tell me how much this is worth in todays market? My sister bought this in the 80's. It comes with a carrying case.

Thank you,

Hey Crystal,

Thanks for writing! This Gibson model was only made between 1981 and 1982, so there are not many out there. Having the original case adds to the value. Right now, they sell for between $600 and $800 at auction markets such as Ebay online. It is a wonderful guitar and because there were not that many production years, will increase in value as time passes. Let me know if you have any other questions about it and I'll be happy to answer them. Stay in touch...Johnny
