Question
Recently, I saw a concert that included STYX along with the Cleveland Youth Symphony Orchestra. They did a concert of STYX music together. It was outstanding. Immediately, I thought of Jeff Lynn and ELO, thinking that some of the early ELO music would be perfect for this type of venue. I can get the kids (I'm a curriculum director for semi-large school district in the Midwest). Do you think Jeff Lynne would be interested in something like this?

Answer
Yes, that is a spectacular Idea. But Jeff hates to tour so I would not guess to see him do it. But over the past 15 years or so Bev Bevan and a few other ELO members have toured as ELO Part II. Doing Just what you dream. I saw them twice once solo and one with a full Symphony of Young players in Amarillo. It was very nice. There is a DVD out ther with them doing it with the Moscow Orchestra.

Great to hear from you.

Christopher...
