Question
Hi there, my company would like to use E.L.O.'s song, Fire on High, on our website.  We were wondering if we needed to get a license or permission to use the song.  Can you help?

Answer
You should always get permission to use any song on a website. ELO/Jeff Lynne has recently licensed ELO music in many areas. I am not exactly sure who to contact direct but a good start is ELOs official website:

http://www.elomusic.com/

I hope this helps,

Christopher...
