Question Jeff Lynne's first wife was my cousin Rosemary and I've heard that she was his inspiration for evil woman. Did he write any more romantic songs fro her in the earlier parts of their relationship....my dear husband thinks the "evil woman" thing runs in the family!!

Jeff was always very protective of "what" he wrote songs about. He has recently stated, at the 2001 VH1 show, about the Evil Woman. But said it had come true. So From that I think he did not write it about her. She just filed the bill down the road... At least in Jeffs eyes.
This is about all I can give for this. I try not to delve too much in Jeffs personal life. That's his and I fell it should be left personal.
