Question we have a remote and we haven't used it in 5 yrs . we have replaced the battery in the remote but it wont do anything.these are the numbers from the bottom of the bed 61737-550 and 357336.how can we get the bed to work with the remote , or how to get a new remote.
Dennis those numbers could be anything, you can try above they may be able to identify the bed by the number configuration, so many beds were made and then private labeled it takes someone who deals with those things all day to even get started, now I have been able to get a good learning generic remote, the kind that you can face to face that would read the code IF IT IS PRODUCING A CODE<
The last one has links to how to fix yourself to how to get it fixed by sending it off, most beds are rf because of no direct line of sight for infared a radio turned to white noise in between stations should static when power is pushed if it is sending at all at that point other buttons may make static, and then a learning remote should work just fine, but you need to know if it is even sending before you do anything shy of sending it to the remote doctor,
