I need to know how to wire for 110v & for 220v Leland 1948 Variable Speed Repulsion Motor.
Type: RV, Form:BOWJH, HP:3/4, V: 115/250, AMP: 10/5, RPS: 800/2400, No: 12022 BG 13976.
There are total of 4 wires: 3 whites, 1 black.
2 white wires grouped together going to the bottom motor windings.
1 black & 1 white wire grouped together going to the top motor windings.
Please help.

This is a dual voltage motor.
Are the leads numbered?
Normally the first half of the winding is 1 and  2.

The second half of the winding is 2 and 3.
110V Black to 1,3
Neutral to 2,4

230V
black to 1
Red or Blue to 4
Join and insulate 2,3

If there are no numbers on the leads.
use an ohm meter and label them as above.
you should have continuity 1 to 2
3 to 4
