Question
Troubleshooting procedure

Answer
First is it a single or three phase?

if its single phase does it hum when power is turned on? If so the starting capacitor or internal switch needs replacement, or the start winding is burnt. OR the overload is tripped . Reset by pressing the red button if equiped.

On a 3 phase, the windings xould be shorted or the magnetic starter is not functunal.
check power to the contactor, and then make sure it pulls in when control switch power is ON.
