Question
Hi Dave, my questions are these provided we have a lamp which has a rating of 24vdc and .3-.41A.
a) I feed it a power supply which has a rating of 24 vdc .1A, what would happen to the lamp?
b) I feed it a power supply which has a rating of 24vdc 2A, what would happen to the lamp?
Thank's a lot Dave!

Answer
a. with the power supply only rated at 0.1A, the lamp will not light as brightly, or may not light at all because the power supply is not rated to supply enough current.

b. with a power supply rated for 2A, the lamp will light normally.

Hope this helps!

Dave
