Question
Sir.
I am writting a project and i want know if it possible to increase current in 950VA generator to about 2000VA.
Thanks
Val

Answer
Yes, of course.  But the question is at what cost and effort are required.  The VA ratings are contained by the internal resistances and the heat buildup due to currents at the rated output.  In this case you are doubling the output which would require twice the current at the same voltage delivery.  This would austensibly require the internal windings to be one half and the mechanical input power to double.   The rotors and the stator windings would need to be replaced with larger wires thereby reducing the internal resistance.  If the cage does not allow the same number of turns due to space limitations it may require the entire generator cage to be replaced with a larger one.  Not very practical - do you think?

Good Question.  My conclusion is it may be theoretically possible to do as you ask, but from a practical solution view point it may not be  a wise investment of time and effort.

Hope this helps.
