Question
what is electrical earth leg?
what is electrical earth electrode?
what is electrical earth rod?

Answer
Earth leg:  The ground line or leg of the system that is going to earth.
Earth electrode:  The rod or metal component that is buried into the earth.
Earth rod:  The rod that is used to connect the circuit to earth electrical ground.

I assume you are talking about electrical systems, such as 3 phase power delivery or generation and not electronics (which has different answers).
