1. Can Stamp Collection be considered as a good Project Assignment work for School Children ?

2. Do you feel if considered as a part of project assignment, ages 11-13 would be the most appropriate for school children ?.

Stamp collection will add General Knowledge. So it will be useful if taken as part of a project work along with taken as a hobby.

Yes, Stamp Collecting is good for all ages. It is one of the most popular hobbies and pass-times in the world. It is good for gaining knowledge about countries of the world.

The downside for students still in school is the cost of collecting stamps.  Whilst some are free, such as commemoratives and those that are delivered to the home on mail pieces the out of pocket expense must be considered .
