Which of the Four elements have the strongest Magnetic field?
Iron, Nickel, Cobalt and Manganese.

Iron and Cobalt are very strongly magnetic but it depends on their formulation, geometric design and how they are employed.  Nickel and Manganese are much weaker magnetic materials.
