ANSWER: Hi.
This is rather an open ended question, and I am not sure where you need help.
You may need 2 circuits for all of the items. The lights do not draw much, but a microwave does. If you have one circuit, then it should be 20 amps. Outlets near the bar sink need to be a GFCI outlet.
You can run the wire from outlet to outlet to switch to light.
I hope this helps. Feel free to ask a follow up question if you need specific advice.

QUESTION: I do need very specific advice as I have never done this before. I can visually see running from one outlet to another, but how do I and what do I do to run to the switch the to the lights, so that The switch does not control the outlets? My cell# 773 / 425-8024.
Thanks Again, Charlie
ANSWER: Hi.
The easiest thing is to bring power in to one outlet, and then to the next outlet, and then to the switch. At the outlets, the black wires connect to the brass screws and the white wires connect to the silver screws. At the switch, the white wires connect to each other, the black wires connect to the switch.
I hope this helps.

QUESTION: The electric has been turned on and the outles and the lights work. However. The lights stay on and the dimmer switch does not allow me to dim or turn the ligths off. I still have to go to the breaker box and kill the swithc for the ligths to be turned off. How do I fix this problem? What re-wiring must I do???
Answer Hi.
The black wire from the outlet goes to one wire of the dimmer. The other black wire of the dimmer goes to the black wire going to the light. The white wire from the outlet bypasses the dimmer and connects to the white wire going to the light. I am assuming that the wiring goes from outlet to switch to light. If that is how it is wired, disconnect the dimmer and see if it goes out. If it does, the dimmer is bad.
I hope this helps.
