Question
QUESTION: I HAVE A 230VOLT3 PHASE AC UNIT FROM A CONSTRUCTION JOB LOOKING TO INSTALL IT IN MY HOME. HOW DO I GO FROM 220 SINGLE PH TO 3 PHASE 26 AMP. THANK YOU

ANSWER: Sorry, but the 3-phase A/C is not going to work on your 1-phase supply.

QUESTION: CAN I USE SOME KIND OF POWER CONVERTOR TO GO FROM 220SINGLE PH TO 230 VOLT 3 PHASE

Answer
Yes you can but it is expensive.

Unless this used A/C is worth a lot of money it would cost more for the phase converter than a brand new single phase window A/C.

But yes you can buy one. Just google "phase converter". Match the voltage and amp output of your A/C to the correct model.
