What code was the requirement to use in use covers in? What code dis allowed the feeding of an outdoor receptacle from the kitchen small appliance circuits. Thanks Dave Retired Master Electrician

Section 210.52 (B)(2) states: NO OTHER OUTLETS. The two or more small-appliance branch circuits specified in 210.52 (B)(1) shall have no other outlets.

Section 406.9 (A) relates to receptacles in damp locations.

Section 406.9 (B) relates to receptacles in wet location.
