Question
QUESTION: My EOC beeped and an "F1" message kept coming up.  I sent it out to be repaired, only to be told they unlocked the "child lock" and tested it for 24 hours and it worked.  I get it back, a tech installs it, and the F1 error is still there, nothing works.  Can this "F1" error mean something else?  What about the glass itself?
ANSWER: it can be the water filter needs to be reset or replace

---------- FOLLOW-UP ----------

QUESTION: Sorry, but I was referring to my range, not my fridge, so no water filter is involved here.  Any ideas?
ANSWER: i am looking in my books and that model don't come up
is that the model number ?

---------- FOLLOW-UP ----------

QUESTION: The complete model number for my Frigidaire range is
PGLEF385CS2 (according to the sticker) but it should come up with just the PGLEF385.

Thanks

Answer
thank you
this error  it can be  the main controller board about $150.00
or the second power fuse about $1.00 or the input power relay $10.00  there is no much i can do from here,  i will test all the relays and fuses before you buy a new board  most of the times is something simple like a relay or connection
good luck sorry i can not do more for you
