Question
kindly answer me for this question sir.
Though capacitor blocks DC signals ,then what is use of capacitors in dc circuits?(like oscillators , multivibrators etc)

Answer
Well, oscillators and multi-vibrators are NOT dc circuits.  Rather, they are active circuits which produce very much AC type outputs.

The impedance of a capacitor is infinite at zero frequency (or dc) but decreases as frequency increases. (Xc = 1/(2pifC) See this web page:

http://www.electronics-tutorials.ws/filter/filter_1.html

In particular, see the Capacitive Reactance against Frequency curve in the middle of that page.

When you learn about the reactance of capacitors and inductors it will become very clear to you.

Hope this helps.
