Other than Uranium and Thorium heavy elements, which other Actinides can be considered for generating nuclear power in a nuclear power plant ?.

I wish I could help you on this one but I am not an expert in the power generation field.  However, the industry is heavily regulated and there are national and international requirements that must be obeyed which makes it a treacherous business.
