Expertise
I can answer any question concerning primary grade (K-3rd) education from the perspective of the student, parent or teacher. My speciality was designing highly creative ways to teach all levels of reading, writing, spelling and math (addition, subtraction, multiplication and fractions). Answer
Hello Lisa,
1.The teaching profession is a very rewarding one especially if the teacher is dedicated to their chosen career.

2.Unfortunately, the financial benefits are minimal when compared to the long hours required of teachers.

3.Students willing to learn and challenge themselves.

4. Teaching isn't cut and dry.  It needs creativity to get the point across in a multiple of ways for different learning styles. Therefore being a challenging profession.

5.Not at all.

6.The students look to the teacher to learn new things. At times a teacher is confronted with a challenging student.  The student may have difficulty achieving goals due to many factors.  When the teacher finally opens a pathway for the student's success both individuals celebrate .  To see a student fulfilling his/ her potential is an extremely rewarding experience .

Good luck in your pursuits.
