Question
Hello, I am trying to find some information on Duke Ellington's
Three suites composition, where he did jazz arrangements of
the nutcracker, the peer gynt suite, and suite thursday.
Specifically, I am looking for when it was first recorded, and
performed. If you could help me out with this, I would be most
appreciative

Answer
Sorry for the delay at present we are having our house re-furbished and I can't find a thing.
I cannot give you the exact dates only the year.

Nutcracker Suite 1960.

Peer Gynt  1962

Suite Thursday 1962

Sorry I can't be more precise.

Jack
