Question I am getting commercial emails from myself and I havent sent any...does that mean someone has hijacked my account or controlling my computer somehow? I got rid of all the spyware on it....thanks

This is very unlikely, as it's easily possible to manipulate the standard email header so that info of spam emails is always faked.
You have to check the FULL header information, this will tell you the real data. Every client and email service allows viewing the full header, but only few people read them and spammers know that and take advantage of this!
