Question
Lorry, I hope I can find someone to answer this pesky problem I'm having. You may not know it yourself, but perhaps you can help point me in the right direction.

You undoubtedly know that when the sender has asked for a delivery receipt of a message that arrives, the receipt is a "hidden message" in your Outbox. You can't see it when you look in the Outbox, but it shows up in the count displayed in the status bar. (You may only see one message listed, but the status bar shows "Sending message 1 of 2." Those are hidden delivery receipts.)

I currently have two of those stuck in my Outbox, since they arrived via an account that currently has delivery problems. I cannot get rid of those hidden messages since they don't show in my Outbox, but they generate errors every time I send and receive.

Can you help me find a way to delete them?

Thanks for your help!
Denise

Answer
Hi Denise,

To my knowledge, you have a choice of sending a receipt stating that you received the message or you can cancel it. Try canceling it. If that doesn't work, I would suggest that you post this question to Joerg at:

Hope this helps!
