Question
"I am unable to open any attachments in my email that are in adobe, in spite of the fact, that I have uninstalled and reinstalled adobe reader 8.1 several times. Every time I try to open one, I get an Error report: Error Signature: App Name:acrord 3.2 exe; App Ver. 8.1.0.137 Mod Name: msvcr70.dll; ModVer. 7.0.9466.0 Offset:000013d6.  I have Microsoft XP system.  What am I doing wrong?  Thanks"

Hi Joel,

Sounds like the download was corrupted. Check out the following for manually removing Adobe Reader, then go to the next site to download the latest version.
